Tashkent State Medical University hereby announces that the admission process for International Students (English Medium) for the Autumn 2025 intake has officially started.
The Interviews will be conducted via ZOOM by professors and members of the International Faculty Dean’s Office. Names and Photos of the official interviewers are attached. Students must ensure that they are interviewed only by official representatives of the University.
Students are required to follow the following process for Admissions:
✅ Step 1: Submission of Required Documents:
- 12th Grade Marksheet/Certificate
- NEET Scorecard (For Indian students)
- Recent Passport-size Photograph
- Passport or other National Photo ID Card
✅ Step 2: Online Interview: Eligible candidates will be invited to attend an online interview conducted only by official interviewers.
Interviews will be conducted online through ZOOM. Students should download ZOOM in Phone or Computer, and ensure proper Internet Network, peaceful and noiseless surroundings at the time of Interview.
Students must keep Original Photo ID (Passport / National Photo ID) to show before Interview.
Students using unfair means during interview will be rejected from the candidate’s list.
✅ Step 3: Issuance of Admission Letter (Recommendation): Candidates who successfully clear the interview will be informed immediately at the end of interview and will receive within 2 working days after the interview a Provisional Admission Letter from TSMU with QR Code verifiable from check.ijro.uz
⚠️ Important:
- The Provisional Admission Letter is not a guarantee of admission.
- It only confirms that the candidate is recommended for admission, subject to fulfilling all further requirements.
- Only candidates who pay the tuition fee within the specified deadline and submit all required medical certificates will be officially enrolled at TSMU.
✅ Step 4: Payment of Advance Fee:
–Upon receiving the Provisional Admission Letter, students must pay the first semester tuition fee within 7 calendar days.
– Payment must be made only to the official University bank account.
– Students must ensure that their full name and passport number are clearly indicated on the payment slip / transfer receipt.
–Payment to any unauthorized account will not be accepted.
✅ Step 5. Submission of Medical Certificates
Students must submit an official Health Certificate in the specified format confirming that:
- The student has been vaccinated against Varicella (Chickenpox), Rubella, and Measles;
- The chest X-ray is normal and there is no tuberculosis;
- The student is medically fit to travel and study abroad.
The certificate must be issued and signed by a licensed doctor with official stamp.
✅ Step 6. Visa Invitation (TELEX)
Only after confirmation of the tuition fee payment and submission of medical certificates will TSMU initiate the process of issuing the Visa Invitation (TELEX).
✅ Step 7. Visa Stamping
With the TELEX issued by TSMU, candidates must obtain an A-1 Student Visa in their home country or the designated issuing place.
⚠️ No other visa type or e-visa is acceptable.
✅ Step 8. Travel to Uzbekistan
Successful candidates will be informed of the approximate arrival dates in Tashkent.
✅ ✅ Step 9. Final Registration at TSMU
Upon arrival in Uzbekistan, students must present the following documents to complete their final registration and start classes:
- Original passport
- Original 12th Grade Certificate/Marksheet
- Original Health Certificate with vaccination and test reports
Caution: Student must follow the above procedure strictly and avoid Fake Interviews and Payments to unauthorised accounts.
University will not be responsible for any inconvenience if the above procedure is not followed.
