ANNOUNCEMENT

Tashkent State Medical University wishes to inform that:

As a medical university, we are strongly committed to quality rather than quantity in student admissions. Our priority is to admit a limited number of well-qualified students and to ensure that each of them receives proper academic, clinical, and supervisory support throughout the full study cycle.

And we are dedicated to strengthen structured pathways for international medical licensing and regulatory compliances ensuring that the graduates are prepared for international licensing examinations and are fully equipped for global medical practice.

Consequent to the extensive academic review and institutional planning and to align the admission practices widely used in accredited medical universities in Europe and other countries — where medicine programmes commonly have a single annual intake in September at the start of the main academic year — Tashkent State Medical University will no longer conduct winter admissions.

From now on, all student admissions will be held only once per year, during the autumn intake.

This decision has been made in order to strengthen the quality and consistency of education and to ensure the best possible learning environment for all students.

Any information suggesting additional or alternative admission periods (including so-called “winter intake”) is false, misleading, and does not reflect the official policy of Tashkent State Medical University.

This will also prevent fraudulent actions by third parties who have no affiliation with Tashkent State Medical University,

For accurate and up-to-date information, please refer exclusively to the University’s official website and verified communication channels.
